A voyage of travel, process and artistic endeavours has lead me to a position where I am now focused on assisting you to deliver and experience your retreat or journey of a lifetime. For more than 5 years, I have been assisting with travel organisation, research, and planning as well as bookings for couples and groups of up to 30, both locally and globally.Hi, I’m Andrew and I can assist you by helping to facilitate the planning and information management services for your upcoming retreat or trip thus giving you more time to focus on the content of it.Over the last 5 years, I have been able to successfully organise a number of journeys and experiences for groups ranging from 4 to 30 participants. This has been primarily due to my ability to listen to the host’s and participants’ requirements and then deliver a robust yet flexible itinerary and agenda. By providing these services, I am able to allow you to focus on the core components of the event; developing content and the unique components of your event or trip.

We provide a range of services to assist you on your journey; from itinerary planning through to daily communication updates with your retreat participants. The level of services required and desired will be different for everyone. In our first meeting we will discuss and agree upon what you need and want. WHAT THIS WILL DO FOR YOUNeed help putting together that great getaway for you, your family or a small group? We will assist you to plan and book the trip you had been hoping for. Our first meeting will be a discussion on what you hope to achieve and accomplish. We will investigate and return to you possibly with a number of options that we can turn into your itinerary, price up and assist with booking. We will sit down and discuss what you need and want, develop your itinerary and book all the different components for you. Package 3 - Retreat Planning

WHAT THIS WILL DO FOR YOUPlanning that retreat? Looking after the Accommodation, transfers, special activities and catering? What about the special diets and the hospitality components? Oh and then there is the content, the actual reason for the Retreat. How much easier would it be if you only needed to focus on the content and delivery? We will provide all these non-core components and make sure all participants are kept up to date. Let’s sit down and discuss what you need, we will work with you to make sure the Retreat delivers without issues.
